How many colors a design uses depends on how much detail it calls for, up to our maximum of 200 — a simpler design may use fewer.
Why isn't this an AI-designed scene like your other products?
This design keeps your photo exactly as it is — no AI restyling into a themed scene. It's for anyone who wants their own photo turned into a diamond painting as-is, and it's priced lower since there's no AI generation step involved.
Will the finished piece look exactly like the preview?
The design preview is a guide, not an exact match. Diamond painting uses a limited color palette, so the finished piece will look slightly more simplified than the digital preview — part of the medium's handmade charm.
How long will my order take?
Each kit is made to order. Production and shipping takes 10–14 days from when you approve your design.
What kind of photo works best?
The highest-resolution version you have — ideally the original photo from your camera or phone, not a screenshot or a copy that's been through WhatsApp or social media (those compress and shrink images). For larger sizes, an image at least 3000px on its longest side will look sharpest.
What if my photo isn't very high resolution?
We'll always do our best with the photo you send, but very low-resolution or heavily compressed images may look softer once printed large. When in doubt, choose a smaller art print size or send us your best available file.
