How long will my order take?
Production and shipping together take 10–14 business days, for both diamond art kits and art prints. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking number. If you can't find it, send me your order number and I'll check for you.
Can I change my photo or design after ordering?
Email me as soon as possible — if production hasn't started yet, I can usually make the change.
What if my order arrives damaged, or a kit is missing pieces?
Email me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and I'll send a replacement or refund.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — shipping is free and I ship to just about every country, calculated automatically at checkout — no need to email me for a rate.
Can I get a design as an art print instead of a kit?
Yes, most designs are available both as a Diamond Art Kit you make yourself, and as a ready-to-frame Art Print (frame not included). Just browse the Art Prints collection to find your favorite design in that format.
