Diamond Art ME ships worldwide, and shipping is always free. Every piece is made to order just for you. Diamond painting kits ship directly from our trusted manufacturing partner in China, and art prints are printed to order by our print partner.

Free shipping on every order, to every country we ship to. No minimum order.

Processing and Delivery Time
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for production and shipping combined. Delivery can take a little longer during peak periods and public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Customs and Duties
Orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order seems lost or is running well past the estimated delivery window, email us at admin@diamondart.me and we'll look into it with the carrier for you.
