We want you to love your Diamond Art ME order. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Ready-made orders
For non-custom (ready-made) orders, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defect.

Custom orders
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun, as each piece is made to your specifications. Please double-check your photo and order details before confirming. If there is an error on our part, such as the wrong design or a significant quality defect, we will remake or refund your order at no extra cost.

How to request a refund
Email us at admin@diamondart.me with your order number, a description of the issue and photos showing the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
